Extension to infra structure

The next exciting phase of development at North Wales Business Park is now well underway. The Business Park site road is being extended northwards to allow for development of an additional 90,000 sq ft (8400 sq m approximately) of high quality office space.

A major upgrade and extension to the sustainable surface water drainage system is also taking place to accommodate this expansion. The existing balancing pond capacity is being increased and an additional storage pond has been built in the north east corner of the Business Park. Once these have been completed the existing stream will be diverted through the new channel before draining under the A55.

A comprehensive landscape scheme has been drawn up for both ponds and will be implemented as soon as possible.
