5400/5500 Development

The next North Wales Business Park phase will consist of two buildings to be known as 5400 and 5500. Each building will provide approximately 10,000 sq ft of space which can be split into four self-contained units. Construction is now underway and completion is due late summer 2008. The units will be available for purchase or lease on flexible terms.

The 5400/5500 office buildings have been designed to allow for flexible office suites to be offered to occupiers within a comfort cooled building that also meets the BREEAM Excellent environmental standard.
